The Greek-style flavoured oil from the Bistro range is a glossy, clear red, oil marinade with Mediterranean herbs. This oil with a basis of rapeseed oil and sunflower oil combines herbs and spices often used in Greece, such as cumin, white pepper, cumin seed, paprika powder, oregano, thyme, rosemary, turmeric, cloves, nutmeg, mace and garlic powder. Its prominent characteristic Greek-Mediterranean taste of rosemary and appetising aroma of rosemary, cumin and paprika make this marinade a must for every Greek meat dish.

Bistro Greek-style oil is suitable for marinating all kinds of meat, fish and poultry and ideal for seasoning everything that is to be barbecued or grilled. Produce the most delicious culinary creations with a hint of Greek flavour, such as rib-eye steaks, Gyros steaks, Greek pork fillets and Greek roasted wild boar fillets: marinate them in or with the Greek-style oil marinade and add a fresh herb or vegetable garnish. The oil is delicious in a vegetable wrap and in Greek gyros with onion rings. The marinade can also be drizzled over a made-up meat dish or roasting tin (60 to 100 grams of marinade per kilo of product), over vegetables or over sliced baguette (30 grams per kilo of product). Bake the bread briefly and bon appétit.

In a handy jerry can

The thick, viscous, Bistro Greek-style flavoured oil is supplied in a handy jerry can. Kept in the closed packaging the marinade has a shelf-life of six months (see the Use By Date on the packaging). Store the flavoured oil in a cool and dry environment and always shake before use.
