The Red flavoured oil from the Bistro range is a red oil marinade generously filled with green herbs. This marinade with a basis of rapeseed oil combines a number of herbs and spices, such as coriander, paprika powder, garlic powder, black pepper, white pepper, turmeric, oregano, cumin, ginger powder, fennel seeds, allspice, mustard seeds and cayenne pepper with an additional sprinkling of liquorice root power. The marinade has a delicious, pure taste of paprika and fine herbs and an appetising paprika, pepper and oregano fragrance. A trusted classic in our marinade range that is often used with beef steaks.

Bistro Red oil is suitable for marinating all kinds of beef, pork and poultry and ideal for seasoning everything that is to be barbecued or grilled. Produce the most delicious culinary creations, such as stuffed chicken breasts, pork fillets and beef steaks, steak mignons and steak parcels: marinate them in or with the Red oil marinade and add a fresh herb or vegetable garnish. The oil is delicious with stir fries and new potatoes. The marinade can also be drizzled over a made-up meat dish or roasting tin (60 to 100 grams of marinade per kilo of product), over vegetables or over sliced baguette (30 grams per kilo of product). Bake the bread briefly and bon appétit.

In a handy bucket

The thick, viscous Bistro flavoured oil Red is supplied in a handy lidded bucket. Kept in the closed packaging the marinade has a shelf-life of six months (see the Use By Date on the packaging). Store the flavoured oil in a cool and dry environment and always shake before use.
