The Green Pesto flavoured oil from the Bistro range is a pale green oil marinade full of green herbs. This marinade with a basis of rapeseed oil, olive oil and sunflower oil combines a rich mix of herbs and spices, such as basil, garlic powder, parsley, rosemary, white and black pepper, tarragon, oregano, dill, turmeric, coriander, cumin, ginger powder, fennel seeds, mustard seeds, cayenne pepper, cloves, paprika powder, nutmeg, mace and thyme. Its full herb flavour and appetising Pesto aroma makes this marinade a classic in our range.

Bistro Green Pesto oil is suitable for marinating all kinds of meat, fish and poultry and ideal for seasoning everything that is to be barbecued or grilled. Produce the most delicious culinary creations with an Italian tinge, such as salmon en papillot, rack of lamb, pork fillet medallions, stuffed chicken breast, beef schnitzel roulade and Slavinken (minced beef and pork wrapped in bacon): marinate them in or with the Green Pesto oil marinade and add a fresh herb or vegetable garnish. The oil is also delicious on pizzas and crusty bread, in pasta dishes, stir fries and a tomato salad, and for a Carpaccio tapenade and Italian beef tartare. The marinade can also be drizzled over a made-up meat dish or roasting tin (60 to 100 grams of marinade per kilo of product), over vegetables or over sliced baguette (30 grams per kilo of product). Bake the bread briefly and bon appétit.

In a handy bucket

The thick, viscous Bistro Green Pesto flavoured oil is supplied in a handy lidded bucket. Kept in the closed packaging the marinade has a shelf-life of six months (see the Use By Date on the packaging). Store the flavoured oil in a cool and dry environment and always shake before use.
