Dutch Spices’ Caribbean Taste Marinade is a glossy water-based marinade flecked with onion, garlic and green herbs, such as parsley, thyme and tarragon, and made following a tried-and-tested Dutch Spices recipe. The sweet, salty and tangy marinade has a top note of tomato, gherkin, soy and ginger that will give your dishes a typical spicy Caribbean flavour while remaining refreshing thanks to the hints of tarragon, thyme and basil.

For meat, poultry and fish

From jerk chicken to steamed fish parcels – with Dutch Spices’ marinade Caribbean Taste Marinade you can create the most delicious meat, poultry and fish dishes with a flavour of the Bahamas, Jamaica or Martinique. Simply marinate your chicken, pork, beef, white fish or prawns in or with the water-based marinade. The recommended dosage is 80 grams of marinade per kilo of product. Caribbean Taste Marinade will also add an intense flavour to anything that will be barbequed or grilled.

In handy jerrycans

Dutch Spices’ liquid Caribbean Taste Marinade is supplied in handy jerrycans, so pouring the correct amount of the ready-to-use marinade is very easy and hygienic. This makes it ideal for applications including hotpots and catering. Kept in the unopened jerrycan in a cooled environment the marinade will stay fresh for 12 months (see the THT date on the packaging). Shake before use.
