Dutch Spices Fiesta Provenza Mix is a mix of beautiful coarse garden herbs from the French region of Provence, such as basil, rosemary, oregano and garlic, supplemented with a pinch of salt. These herbs are widely used in French cuisine and stand out because of their fresh look and beautiful dark green color. An effective allergen-safe spice blend that provides your meat products with a savory, warm taste and the seductive scent of Provencal lamb sausages.

For lamb and other meats

This effective dry marinade mix is the way to go if you're going for a Provencal flavor twist and an attractive color. Use the green French herbs for (dry) marinating pieces of lamb or leg of lamb and other types of meat. The recommended dosage is 15 to 20 grams of spice mix Fiesta Provenza per kilo of meat. Make the most delicious artisanal creations, such as Provencal bacon: rub the pork belly with 10 grams of Provencal herbs and 15 grams of colorozo salt, let it soak for 24 hours and then roast the bacon in the oven.

Fiesta Provenza Mix from Dutch Spices is delivered as a coarse mix with dried herbs in a colored plastic bag. This way you can easily transfer the mix to a container or bowl.
