Dutch Spices Fry And Roast Mix is a dry brine mix that gives your cooked and yet to be roasted meats a nicer color, better binding, long-lasting juiciness, excellent cutability and – very special – a slightly spicy roasting taste. The cream-colored allergen-safe powder contains herbs and spices, such as white pepper, mace, ginger powder and nutmeg, a unique combination of phosphates, proteins and roasting aroma.

For an extra roasting flavour

This complete roasting brine (or ham brine) is perfect for preparing roast meats such as roast beef, fricandeau, grill ham, Zeeland bacon and other meats that need long-lasting juiciness and an extra roast flavor. Mix 70 grams of Fry And Roast Mix per liter of water, add 50 to 100 grams of colorozo salt (for hams and bacon) or table salt (for fricandeau and beef roulade) and spray your meat product with the mix. Also use the spray brine combination for tumbling your satays and spare ribs (always cook). The recommended dosage is then 15 to 25 grams per kilo of meat. For tasty tender and juicy meat, always add salt or spice mix and extra moisture.

In plastic bucket

Fry And Roast Mix from Dutch Spices comes in powder form in a handy plastic bucket with a sturdy lid. The roasting brine can be kept for 24 months in closed packaging (see best before date on the bucket). Always store the product in a dry place and at room temperature in closed packaging.
