Bistro Provence-style flavoured oil from Epos

The Provence-style flavoured oil from the Bistro range is a glossy, transparent green, oil marinade full of garden herbs. This marinade with a basis of rapeseed oil and sunflower oil contains a blend of herbs and spices used in Provence, such as parsley, black pepper, garlic powder, coriander, chervil, rosemary, white pepper, mustard seeds, turmeric, thyme, fennel seeds, bay leaf, oregano, basil, marjoram, celery, tarragon, cloves, paprika powder, nutmeg and mace. The marinade has an appetising taste and aroma of rosemary, thyme and garlic.

Bistro Provence-style oil is suitable for marinating all kinds of meat and poultry and ideal for seasoning everything that is to be barbecued or grilled. Produce the most delicious culinary creations, such as stuffed beef schnitzels, pork fillets and chicken breasts, beef skewers and herby roulades: marinate them in or with the Provence-style oil marinade and add a fresh herb or vegetable garnish. The oil combines well with Roseval potatoes and lamb and is delicious with mussels, asparagus and mushrooms. The marinade can also be drizzled over a made-up meat dish or roasting tin (60 to 100 grams of marinade per kilo of product), over vegetables or over sliced baguette (30 grams per kilo of product). Bake the bread briefly and bon appétit.

In a handy jerry can

The free-flowing Bistro Provence-style flavoured oil is supplied in a handy jerry can. Kept in the closed packaging the marinade has a shelf-life of six months (see the Use By Date on the packaging). Store the flavoured oil in a cool and dry environment and always shake before use.
