Bistro Garlic-Pepper flavoured oil from Epos

The Garlic-Pepper flavoured oil from the Bistro range is a glossy, bright yellow, oil marinade with crushed peppers that will make your specialities stand out in your counter display. This marinade with a basis of rapeseed oil and sunflower oil combines a number of herbs and spices, such as turmeric, garlic powder, black pepper, white pepper, parsley, cumin, cloves, paprika powder, nutmeg, mace and thyme. The marinade has a subtle garlic and pepper flavour and an appetising garlic and turmeric aroma.

Bistro Garlic-Pepper oil is suitable for marinating all kinds of poultry, pork and beef and ideal for seasoning everything that is to be barbecued or grilled. Produce the most delicious culinary creations, such as chicken skewers, stuffed chicken breasts, chicken schnitzels and belly pork strips: marinate them in or with the Garlic-Pepper oil marinade and add a fresh herb or vegetable garnish. The oil is delicious with stir fries. The marinade can also be drizzled over a made-up meat dish or roasting tin (60 to 100 grams of marinade per kilo of product), over vegetables or over sliced baguette (30 grams per kilo of product). Bake the bread briefly and bon appétit.

In a handy jerry can

The thick, viscous, Bistro Garlic-Pepper flavoured oil is supplied in a handy jerry can. Kept in the closed packaging the marinade has a shelf-life of six months (see the Use By Date on the packaging). Store the flavoured oil in a cool and dry environment and always shake before use.
