In addition to rice flour and salt, this allergen-safe breading agent contains herbs and spices, such as paprika, nutmeg, white pepper, mace, ginger powder, turmeric, cloves, garlic powder and thyme – an excellent blend that evokes the taste and smell of bread, paprika and broth. The fine cutlet paneer guarantees deliciously tender meat with a soft, spicy bite. The perfect balance in appearance, quality and price makes Coteletto Crumbs the runner among spiced breadcrumbs.

Versatile breading mix

With this versatile breading mix, you can make the most delicious cotelettos, pork chops and cordon bleus in no time, and of course the most delicious schnitzels and minced meat products. 'Batter' your meat with a protein or pull-through agent such as Best Batter Mix from Dutch Spices (130 grams per liter of water) and then simply dip it in the Coteletto Crumbs. Minced meat products can be breaded directly. The recommended dosage is 60 to 80 grams of breadcrumbs per kilo of product. Fancy variety?
