The Black Pepper flavoured oil from the Bistro range is a glossy, clear, oil marinade with crushed black peppers. This marinade with a basis of rapeseed oil contains black pepper and natural lime flavouring. The slightly spicy marinade has a fresh lime taste and an aroma that combines pepper and lime.

Bistro Black Pepper oil is suitable for marinating all kinds of meat, fish and poultry and ideal for seasoning everything that is to be barbecued or grilled. Produce the most delicious culinary creations, such as a turbot curry, stuffed chicken breasts and pork fillet medallions, beef steaks with black pepper and Italian chicken rolls: marinate them in or with the Black Pepper oil marinade and add a fresh herb or vegetable garnish. The oil is delicious used to prepare stir fries, vegetable towers, potato wedges and other vegetarian dishes and is perfect for a Carpaccio tapenade. The marinade can also be drizzled over a made-up meat dish or roasting tin (60 to 100 grams of marinade per kilo of product), over vegetables or over sliced baguette (30 grams per kilo of product). Bake the bread briefly and bon appétit.

In a handy jerry can

The thick, viscous, Bistro Black Pepper flavoured oil is supplied in a handy jerry can. Kept in the closed packaging the marinade has a shelf-life of six months (see the Use By Date on the packaging). Store the flavoured oil in a cool and dry environment and always shake before use.
