Bistro Bruschetta flavoured oil from Epos

The Bruschetta flavoured oil from the Bistro range is a glossy, transparent, oil marinade with a basis of rapeseed oil that combines a blend of herbs and spices that echoes the traditional Italian bruschetta, such as tomato powder, garlic granules, onion granules, paprika granules and black pepper. The marinade containing tomato flakes has a fresh, Italian, tomato taste and the scent of sun baked herbs.

Bistro Bruschetta oil is suitable for marinating all kinds of meat, fish and poultry and ideal for seasoning everything that is to be barbecued or grilled. Produce the most delicious culinary creations, such as beef skewers, stuffed chicken breasts, pork roulades, Italian tartare and Caprese burgers: marinate them in or with the Bruschetta oil marinade and add a fresh herb or vegetable garnish. And, naturally, this Italian oil makes a perfect basis for a delicious bruschetta toasted bread topping with tomatoes, garlic and olives. The marinade can also be drizzled over a made-up meat dish or roasting tin (60 to 100 grams of marinade per kilo of product), over vegetables or over sliced baguette (30 grams per kilo of product). Bake the bread briefly and bon appétit.

In a handy jerry can

The free-flowing Bistro Bruschetta flavoured oil is supplied in a handy jerry can. Kept in the closed packaging the marinade has a shelf-life of six months (see the Use By Date on the packaging). Store the flavoured oil in a cool and dry environment and always shake before use.
