Bistro Peppaco flavoured oil from Epos

The Peppaco flavoured oil from the Bistro range is a clear, red, oil marinade that will add eye-appeal to your chicken specialities in your counter display. This marinade with a basis of rapeseed oil combines a number of herbs and spices frequently used in South African kitchens, such as paprika powder, cayenne pepper, coriander, cumin seed, ginger powder, garlic powder and cloves. The name Peppaco is derived from the peppadew – the round, red, spicy pepper incorporated in this marinade. The marinade has a spicy yet fresh taste and an appetising paprika, cumin and coriander aroma.

For your artisan specialities

Bistro Peppaco oil is especially suitable for marinating chicken specialities and ideal for seasoning everything that is to be barbecued or grilled. Produce the most delicious culinary creations, such as chicken skewers, chicken spare ribs, drumsticks and spicy chicken: marinate them in or with the Peppaco oil marinade and add a fresh herb or vegetable garnish. The oil is delicious with stir fries. The marinade can also be drizzled over a made-up meat dish or roasting tin (60 to 100 grams of marinade per kilo of product), over vegetables or over sliced baguette (30 grams per kilo of product). Bake the bread briefly and bon appétit.

In a handy jerry can

The free-flowing Bistro Peppaco flavoured oil is supplied in a handy jerry can. Kept in the closed packaging the marinade has a shelf-life of six months (see the Use By Date on the packaging). Store the flavoured oil in a cool and dry environment and always shake before use.
