The Curry-Lime flavoured oil from the Bistro range is a green-yellow oil marinade with red accents that makes your specialities look appetising in your counter display. This marinade with a basis of rapeseed oil combines a variety of herbs and spices, such as coriander, turmeric, ginger powder, white pepper, parsley, cumin, fennel seeds, mustard seeds and cayenne pepper, supplemented with natural lime flavouring and liquorice root powder. The oil marinade with tomato flakes has the strong curry taste with a hint of lime that is one of the typical tastes of North African cuisine.

For your artisan specialities

Bistro Curry-Lime oil is suitable for marinating all kinds of lamb, pork and poultry and ideal for seasoning everything that is to be barbecued or grilled. Produce the most delicious culinary creations, such as tropical chicken breasts, Thai chicken thighs, stuffed lamb and stuffed pork fillets: marinate them in or with the Curry-Lime oil marinade and add a garnish of chopped coriander or another fresh herb. The oil is delicious with boiled new potatoes, Portobello mushrooms and stir fries. The marinade can also be drizzled over a made-up meat dish or roasting tin (60 to 100 grams of marinade per kilo of product), over vegetables or over sliced baguette (30 grams per kilo of product). Bake the bread briefly and bon appétit.

In a handy jerry can

The thick but free-flowing Bistro Curry-Lime flavoured oil is supplied in a handy jerry can. Kept in the closed packaging the marinade has a shelf-life of six months (see the Use By Date on the packaging). Store the flavoured oil in a cool and dry environment and always shake before use.
