The allergen-safe gyro spice blend is packed with exotic herbs and spices such as paprika, oregano, parsley, white pepper, garlic powder, thyme, cumin, rosemary, cumin, and cardamom, supplemented with salt and onion powder. The result is the typically spicy and exotic taste and smell that you expect with gyros and other Greek dishes.

This gyros spice blend is ideal for seasoning all types of meat, fish and chicken when preparing gyros and other Greek specialties.
